Respecting Intellectual Property
MP3Juice is a technical service search engine and an indexing mechanism that queries third-party platforms via public APIs. Our platform does not upload, host, distribute, or retain any copyrighted media files on our internal servers. All search results contain direct links pointing to original hosting providers (e.g., YouTube), which is beyond our jurisdiction.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that your copyrighted work is being explicitly promoted or unlawfully made accessible via our portal, you may submit a takedown notification under the DMCA.
Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a copyright infringement takedown request, please provide us with a written communication containing the following details:
- The physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed upon.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing. You MUST provide the exact YouTube URL or search query string that led to the infringing discovery on our user interface.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your email address, physical address, and telephone number.
How we process Requests
Any valid notifications detailing a direct violation where our technical framework explicitly indexes your intellectual property without proxy will be processed. We will implement URL filtering on the backend to suppress the affected URL string from our search queries. Note that as we do not host files, the original media will still remain online at its original host (e.g., YouTube) unless you issue a takedown directly to them.
Please send all DMCA violation notices directly through our Contact Page or by emailing support@mp3juice.demo.
